It's important to us that our managers have strong local roots and most of our managers have many years of experience working with the Open source and Linux technologies.

He is the reckoning force behind the Maxelor Group and a great visionary by himself. He has spent 20+ years in various leadership roles and has been instrumental in building Maxelor Group as a family. He took over the charge of Conversys and implemented his business strategies as the CEO of the company.

He is based out of New Jersey, USA and oversees Indian operations. He holds various companies under his umbrella and has been a dynamic leader. 

He has held positions with ConEdison as Ex-Dir. Finance and Philippines Telecom as Ex-CEO.  On the academic side, Siba is a LSE, AIM alumni.

He started his career with IBM in 1968 and brings over 40 years of experience in handling various executive leadership roles and responsibilities. Besides strategic management, Baskar takes ownership for Innovations in the organization. He has helped company to build strategies and has a powerful understanding of Global business and economics.

Baskar is a BE in Electronics and Communications from Jadavpur University and holds a diploma in management from IIM, Bangalore and Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad.

He held various positions with CMC , Calcutta Eastern Region. In 1990 Baskar moved to USA and formed NICCO Infotech Ltd, grew the company from scratch to the revenue of 22million USD in a period of six years. Later merged it with Mindteck and became the CEO for four years. In 2003, he started offering his expertise as executive consultant to various small and medium enterprises.

He brings along 11 years of experience in selling IT services to large enterprises across the Globe. He started his career with Brigade Corporation, the first MNC BPO in India and then worked with large IT companies like CSS, and Dexterity. Sumesh has been credited with various sales awards and has global exposure allowing him to travel across USA, EU, India. His key skills lie in networking, building strategic relationships, negotiating and closing large value deals. His professional approach to sales and marketing brings along great value to Conversys.

He is a Bachelor of Science from University of Madras, India and a certified MCSD along with PNC.
