It is with great excitement that we make the following announcement:

After 7 years of dutiful service, we are retiring the NAME of our company “Compumaniac”, and renaming it Conversys Technologies Private Limited ..

We’re excited. It’s a new name and a Fresh start.

For more than 6 years everyone in our organization has devoted energy to change. We have worked to help our clients and business partners change to be more successful and change to create their future.

We have also "walked the talk" inside our own organization, reinventing ourselves time and again to remain relevant to the marketplace and to our partners in business. It is this continuous change journey that has brought us to our current and most ambitious challenge.

Over the past year we have been developing and executing a new vision and strategy. And on September 1, 2008, we changed our name to Conversys Technologies. Our new name and identity proclaim what we are as an organization and what we want to become.

Today we are renamed, redefined and reborn. We believe it captures the essence of our commitment to helping our clients to adopt and use Linux and Open source technologies. Conversys Technologies is all about exceeding expectations as we provide open source-ready solutions that will take companies to a successful future.

Conversys Technologies is building on our open source consulting and solution providing capabilities. We are expanding our sources of innovation and knowledge through new technologies, alliances and investments in ventures that employ open source models. Indeed, the real strength of our organization is the synergy of these interrelated businesses, which unleash value for all of our clients and business partners. To put it simply, we are creating an organization that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Over the years we have built our business by helping organizations anticipate and respond to open source. Now we are expanding our scope. Conversys Technologies's vision is to bring innovations that improve the way the open source and linux works and lives. This is a commitment to our clients, our business partners, our own people and others who share our communities.

It is our pleasure to share with you our new identity as Conversys Technologies. There has never been a more exciting time for us. It is the start of a new journey and a new adventure.
