How it works?

Once you sign up with Conversys, our Support Engineers work on the following Delivery model.

Step1 : Customer submits Support Request
Your customer sends email/submits ticket to your support system.

Step2 : Our Support Engineers Respond
Conversys Support Engineers access your ticket system via the tech-level logins (tech level  logins for each Support Engineer to be created in your ticket system) and try to solve the ticket within one hour. If the issue cannot be resolved, they will respond to the customer within that hour and work for the resolution.

For support restricted to ticket system only (I.e. no SSH access), such tickets which cannot be resolved at our level, there should be an option for escalation to admins at your end. For such cases, an internal chat system should be also at place for interaction of our  Support Engineers with the admins/datacentre personnel.

Step3 : Our Support Engineers Resolve the issue of the customer
Conversys guarantees the resolution of customers issue within 6 hours from the time of receipt of ticket.

Step4 : Ensure Transparency
All responses and resolution are made via the helpdesk or ticketing system. If you do not have a ticketing system installed, Conversys will install one for you.

Step5 : Quality Level
Conversys Quality Manager (Team Leader) will check through hundreds of random tickets every month to make sure that all tickets follow our Minimum Quality Standard.
